Senior Administrative Assistant Job Type:Contract Job Location:Woodcliff Lake New Jersey Job Description: Job Summary + The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to Sr. Director of Clinical Operations and her team, Clinical Pharmacology and Project Management departments within this human health care pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities + Managing calendar and travel itineraries, managing and processing expense reports, coordinating meetings (including international meetings), compliance, agendas for meetings and assisting with routing phone calls + Prioritizing mail, filing, handling confidential information + Creating Purchase orders and invoicing, budget tracking for the department. + Assist the manager with managing and tracking third party invoices. + Responsibilities may include various projects as needed Qualifications Education + Requires training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an Associate Degree Experience + A minimum of 4 years experience supporting executive level management. Skills + Must have excellent writing and communication skills. + Strong knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) + Excellent written & oral communication skills + Ability to respond to inquiries from internal and external personnel using proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately. + Ability to present one's self in a professional manner, respect for confidentiality and ability to manage individual relationships with diplomacy required + Highly pro-active with the ability to plan and manage tasks and long term projects with minimum supervision + Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask is required; organized and able to prioritize work + Thorough understanding of standard PC applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & MS Excel) Please submit your resume for consideration.
